Sand-blasting

Sand-blasting

Sand-blasting is a glass surface processing based on its matting with an abrasive material  acting under a high pressure. The sand-blasting process occurs inside a sand-blaster with computer controlling and is  marked with high precision.  While making the patterns, it is possible to leave part of the surface as transparent – then, the elements which are to be left as translucent are covered with a special cover while sand-blasted.  Sand-blasting depth as well as translucency degree  are dependent on the air stream intensity and the abrasive material used.

Any graphic design may be realised on our products , in line with the requests posed by the Clients. We guarantee high repetitiveness and precision of execution with regards to the patterns made with the said technique.  Sand-blasting is performed on ordinary, laminated and tempered glass.
